Microsoft Dynamics 365

Support for telephony integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 was designed into InGenius Connector Enterprise, and has been available since the product launch. InGenius works with Dynamics 365 2011 & up, on-premise, online or hosted.

InGenius Connector Enterprise is a part of the Microsoft Partner Center and InGenius is a leader in the Microsoft CTI community, speaking alongside Microsoft at Convergence tradeshows.

InGenius has been working with Salesforce.com for years developing industry-leading telephony integration solutions. When Salesforce.com decided to implement their breakthrough Open CTI integration specification, InGenius was involved from the beginning, contributing to the specification and implementing InGenius Connector Enterprise before the Open CTI spec was made available to the public. When Open CTI was announced at Dreamforce 2012, InGenius was one of the featured applications.

InGenius is a Salesforce Gold ISV partner and was highlighted on stage at Dreamforce 2013 as "The enterprise solution for CTI integration" and Dreamforce 2016 as a "5-star app you haven't heard of (but need to)".

InGenius has been through a rigorous security audit by Salesforce.com and is a featured application on the Salesforce App Exchange.
