Dreamforce 2019, the annual Salesforce conference, is almost upon us! Always held in San Francisco, this year the conference will be from November 19-22. Our Upland InGenius team is hard at work to make this year's show our best one yet. Here's what we'll be up to:

The booth

You'll find us in the Campground Expo in Booth 1313. This is in the Service section of the hall. Our smiling faces will be there to connect with those new to computer telephony integration (CTI) and current customers alike.

CTI is a software solution that integrates phone systems into CRMs so contact centers, sales teams, or anyone else who spends lots of time on the phone, can focus on doing their work and not on small tasks like dialing out or searching for a customer's info. In addition to our standard features like screen pop, automated call logging, and screen transfer, there are a few new integrations we'll be demoing.

Salesforce High Velocity Sales

Salesforce High Velocity Sales creates a work queue in Salesforce that's designed to speed up the sales process for inside sales, sales development, and business development teams. InGenius brings voice into this mix, so users can click-to-dial, easily add call notes, and use call logging templates to make sure every phone call is correctly categorized. Salesforce Financial Services Cloud

The financial industry places a lot of value on building both good relationships and trust with customers. InGenius Connector Enterprise now connects with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, bringing client data to the advisor's screen before a call is answered with screen pop, and improving overall call efficiency with features like configurable wrap-up codes and pop-to-Lightning Flow. New Salesforce CTI integration

Our latest CTI integration brings Twilio call data and phone functions into Salesforce, with InGenius hosted in Salesforce natively. Users will benefit from a single-pane of glass view that eliminates the need to switch between applications. This solution also allows companies to easily integrate multiple phone systems into one InGenius instance. Visit us in booth 1313 to see our Twilio integration in action.
