Our Preview Dialer pops a screen showing information about each outgoing call in a campaign, allowing agents to review information before placing the call. Agents can quickly dial through a campaign and make meaningful connections with each person they’re calling. Let’s take a look.

A lead list has been added or imported into Salesforce to create a list of prospects that need to be called. The Preview Dialer delivers the first lead to the sales rep, Michael. He reviews the prospect’s information and learns the client is a long-standing repeat customer. Michael simply clicks “Accept and Dial” to place the call, knowing that he is prepared.

If Michael sees he needs more time to review information about the caller, he can accept the lead, review the information and then dial out to the lead when he feels prepared.

Finally, Michael has the option to decline a call if the information shown indicates that the conditions aren’t yet right for a conversation. For example, it may be too late to call this customer, based on their location.
